Based on our perfect knowledge of the state of the market and its trends, we select and price properties realistically, in agreement with the sellers. We carry out in-depth preliminary fieldwork, aimed at making transactions as smooth as possible. The entire process is always carried out in close cooperation with sellers’ representatives – whether solicitors, lawyers or accountants.
We offer our expertise in identifying partners (capital restructuring) and in providing support on the behalf of companies and sellers of assets. On a regular basis, we also play a role in property division or inheritance procedures; in family transactions which are at times complex, we guarantee harmonisation between sellers, in absolute confidentiality and with an obvious concern for fairness.
